A front is approaching today with some showers ahead and leaving us with the potential for afternoon or early evening storms. Right now there is a slight risk of seeing lightning, gusty winds, small hail and localized street flooding along the coast. The chance is low, but still possible since the air is warm and moist ahead. Look for a 50% rain chance through Friday.
Over the weekend, clearing will take place and the wind will build again along the coast. Temperature wise, don’t expect much of a cool change. While the rest of the country is feeling a chill, we will be on the seasonal side. Overnight lows will range in the upper 60’s and afternoon highs in the low 80’s.
A weak, slow-moving front is to blame for the higher rain chances today/tomorrow. @wsvn pic.twitter.com/uYQrYgxAy6
