Local weather:
We have a great deal of dry air in place thanks to high pressure in firm control over the southeast United States. It should help maintain a quiet weather pattern for South Florida with a strong breeze off of the ocean. That very same breeze will also be responsible for rough seas. Advisories are currently in place for swimmers and boaters. The breeze will not relax a little until late week. For now, expect no major weather changes through the weekend. Temperature wise, we will continue to transition from summer to fall with the humidity going down a notch. It will certainly feel a little cooler overnight into the morning hours.
The building breeze plans to hold the next few days. Boating advisories are in effect. @wsvn pic.twitter.com/7NgC9ySya3

Tropical Update:
We are only tracking one storm and that is Tropical Storm Nicole. It is slowly moving north about 500 miles to the south of Bermuda. Nicole is expected to move near or over Bermuda as a potential category 2 hurricane late week. By the weekend, gradually weakening making its way into the hurricane graveyard.
Have a great day South Florida and make it a safe one!
