MIAMI (WSVN) - An SUV rolled over on Interstate 95 and came to a stop with a passenger’s hand trapped underneath, officials said.
Police said the victim’s husband was driving southbound approaching the 395 exit in Miami when they were cut off.
A good Samaritan helped stop the 42-year-old woman’s bleeding until paramedics arrived. They lifted the vehicle off her and transported her to Ryder Trauma Center.
