FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) - The Chicago Cubs and their fans have celebrated in Cleveland and Chicago, but a South Florida T-Shirt company has begun making their celebratory shirts.

When the Cubs made the final out in the bottom of the 10th inning, Wednesday night, Atlas Embroidery, located at 2300 S.W. 34th St. in Fort Lauderdale, began pressing World Series shirts.

The company said they are expecting to make at least 1 million T-Shirts. “Yeah, you know, we’re on the phone talking with the MLB,” said Atlas Embroidery owner Adam Cohen. “They give us the word as soon as it’s time to go. Last night, it was after the last pitch and whole place converted. About 10 minutes later, we started printing shirts, and we’ve been going ever since.”

Cohen believes printing will continue for another two days.
