MIAMI GARDENS, FLA. (WSVN) - Richard Gordon, 29, a tight end who last played for the Denver Broncos, was arrested in Miami Gardens Tuesday for domestic battery.

Gordon, who was drafted from the University of Miami in 2011, was charged for allegedly punching a woman and pushing her out of a Mercedes-Benz.

The victim, who was not identified, is Gordon’s live-in girlfriend and also the mother of his child.

The incident happened in the area of Northwest 167th Street and 17th Avenue in Miami Gardens.

In bond court, a judge ordered Gordon to not have contact with the woman.
