NEW YORK (AP) — Sports Authority, which filed for bankruptcy protection three months ago, is shuttering all 460 of its stores and is now holding a going out of business sale.

The sports retailer had only planned to close about 140 stores, but in a court document this week it outlined plans to shutter all of them.

The company based in Englewood, Colorado, said it will be discounting sneakers, clothing and other goods starting Friday until the end of August.

Sports Authority told the bankruptcy court that it plans to sell its store leases in an upcoming auction.

On the company’s website, they listed that all merchandise will be 30% off.

As of March, the company had about 14,500 employees.

A representative for Sports Authority declined to comment.
