SILVERDALE, Wash. (WSVN) — A Humane Society in Washington is helping their shelter dogs get adopted by treating them to “Puppuccinos” at Starbucks.

According to FOX13, the Kitsap Humane Society created “The Puppuccino Pals,” a weekly event where a volunteer takes one of their shelter dogs to their local Starbucks in Washington for a “Puppuccino.” But don’t worry, this “Puppuccino” doesn’t contain any coffee or caffeine — it’s purely a small cup of yummy whipped cream.

The dog they choose, also known as the “Dog of the Week,” is then featured with signs inside of the coffee shop to inform customers in hopes that the dog gets adopted.

According to The Dodo, even if the dog isn’t well-suited for the outing, the shelter makes sure the dog still gets their delicious treat and exposure.

On the shelter’s Instagram, an adorable picture of the dog slurping away at their “Puppuccino” is posted, as well.

If you are interested in getting a dog or cat for yourself or for your family, consider adoption so a pet can have a second chance with a new family.
