Participating Hooters restaurants across the country are offering a treat for all first responders… a free meal!

On Sep. 20, all first responders in uniform (EMTs, firefighters and police) can choose from a free buffalo chicken salad, buffalo chicken sandwich, Hooters burger, or 10-piece wings. If you’re a first responder and not in uniform, you can bring a valid credential and still eat for free.

The offer, however, does require you to purchase a beverage and is only applicable if you eat inside the restaurant.

Hooters is doing this in an effort to create the first “National First Responders Day” as one does not currently exist.
