VICTORIA, Australia (WSVN) —  A special moment involving newborn premature twins was caught on camera in a heartwarming Facebook video.

The mother, Anthea Jackson-Rushford from Victoria, Australia, went into labor at just 29 weeks, according to the Daily Mail.

The twins, named Kristian and Kristiana, are seen laying down on their father’s chest while holding each others hand.

"He actually holds her hand! How is that possible?," a female voice says in the viral video. "That’s just unbelievable," she added.

The video was posted on Facebook and has been shared nearly 106,000 times with over 7 million views in a week.

The twin’s mother has continued to post more photos and videos of her twins holding hands at several occasions.

"As you can clearly see, they can’t stop holding hands!!," the mother said.
