MIAMI (WSVN) - Bernie Sanders made an appearance at the Miami Book Fair, Saturday.
The Vermont senator and former presidential candidate made an appearance at Miami-Dade College to promote his new book, “Our Revolution.”
“The book says — it’s kind of common sensical — who is going to argue against the fact that we need a well educated work force if we are going to succeed as a economy and a nation? It’s hard to argue,” Sen. Sanders said.
Sanders told the crowd his book lays out a step-by-step plan to confront America’s problems.
He also commented on the campaign — and spoke about his disagreements with President-elect Donald Trump.
