MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (WSVN) — A Miami Gardens church is offering weekly after-school programs for children.
The New Beginnings Missionary Baptist Church is making an effort to help stop violence and keep kids safe.
"[This is] for children that are going in the wrong direction," said pastor Eric Readon. "We want the baddest of kids so that we can push them in the right direction."
The program is offered every Wednesday at the church.
