MIAMI (WSVN) - A woman drove over a parking space and into a deep hole in Miami.
From the parking lot, the driver crashed though a fence and drove over the edge of a hole that was about 10 feet deep.
The incident happened near Southwest 17th Street and 27th Avenue, Tuesday morning.
Witnesses explained what they saw. “I realized that somebody must have been in the car. I called 911 right away from my car,” said witness Hortensia Velazquez. “Then, I kind of stayed with the lady, calmed, relaxed. Nothing happened to you. You have to thank God nothing happened to you.”
A tow truck was called to the scene to remove the badly damaged car from the hole.
The driver was not hurt.
