FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) - Trial has begun for the three men charged in the murder of a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy in 2006.

Jury selection is underway in the case against Andre Delancy, Bernard Forbes and Eloyn Ingraham, who are accused in the killing of Deputy Brian Tephford, 10 years ago.

Tephford was shot to death during a traffic stop outside of an apartment complex, in Tamarac, in 2006.

If convicted, all three men face the death penalty.
