WEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - The condition of a 3-year-old remains unknown after the child fell several stories from an apartment building in a gated Fontainebleau community.
According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, the child fell from the fourth floor inside the gated community of Fontainebleau Milton, Thursday afternoon.
The child was transported to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in an unknown condition.
Police tape could be seen near one of the buildings, as officials continue to investigate. However, Miami-Dade Police said this appears to be an accident.
