FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) - The Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance held their annual meeting Thursday night at the Signature Grand.
The alliance presented their Leadership Award to Rick and Rita Case for their contributions to the group, including helping bring jobs to South Florida.
“We run ads up north in the winter time,” Rick Case said. “We get people to come down here where it’s nice and sunny and warm and move their businesses down here, so it’s a great evening tonight, and we’re really excited about it.”
“We love this county. It’s been great, and we look forward to being a part of it’s growth for many years to come,” said Rita Case.
The alliance also spoke about the progress they have made in job creation and retention.
