MIAMI (WSVN) - A Miami restaurant reopened, Monday, two days after a car crashed through its front windows.

The driver blamed the car’s tires after crashing through the front windows of La Patagonia Argentina, Saturday night.

One customer was taken to the hospital with minor injuries he suffered while pushing his wife out of danger. Several others were checked out as a precaution.

The restaurant’s owner is thankful it wasn’t worse.

“Usually like around 7, 8 [p.m.] we have like 70, 80 people here, and it would’ve been a big tragic,” Carlos Castigilia said. “I mean, I’m sure it would’ve been devastating.”
