MARATHON, FLA. (WSVN) - The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is searching for three young men who, they believe, are behind a case of credit card fraud in Marathon.
According to investigators, the victim said someone used his credit card at a Walgreens in Marathon, on Dec. 6.
An investigation revealed surveillance video of the subjects. Authorities said they arrived at the store in a black sedan.
Two of the suspects are then seen going into the liquor store and buying a carton of cigarettes. Meanwhile, the third man is seen going into the pharmacy and attempting to make the same transaction, but the credit card was declined.
