FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — Authorities are investigating after they say a body was found floating in a Fort Lauderdale river.
Fort Lauderdale Police Detective Tracy Figone tells the Orlando Sentinel that the man’s body was pulled out of the New River in downtown on Thursday night.
Figone says the body was discovered floating in the water just before 7 p.m.
Police say the man has not yet been identified.
