MIAMI (WSVN) - An investigation is underway after a man was found shot on the sidewalk in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood.
Miami Police responded to Northwest 24th Street and 13th Court, just before 6 a.m., Monday.
Upon their arrival, officers found an unconscious male suffering from a gunshot wound.
Fire Rescue was called to the scene for assistance. However, the man was later pronounced dead.
7Skyforce HD flew over the scene, just north of Jackson Memorial Hospital, where crime scene investigators could be seen combing the area for clues.
The block has been tapped off by police, as they continue to investigate.
