MIAMI (WSVN) - A woman was taken to the hospital after, witnesses said, she was struck by a driver in a Miami neighborhood, Sunday afternoon.
Witnesses said the accident took place near North Miami Avenue and 24th Street.
The driver stayed at the scene to talk with police.
Emergency crews secured the victim to a stretcher before taking her to the hospital. There is no word on her condition.
Witnesses said the woman was on vacation from overseas.
