NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Police are investigating after a business fire in Northwest Miami-Dade.
Fire rescue responded to the Dollar Store, located along the 1500 block of Northwest 36th Street, around 1 a.m., Tuesday.
According to officials, it took 20 firefighters and about 30 minutes to put out the flames.
The business suffered heavy smoke damage. The smoke also spread to neighboring businesses, including an appliance store and a church.
Luckily, no one was inside the store at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains unknown.
