MIAMI (WSVN) - A Miami-Dade County ethics investigation found on Wednesday that free concert tickets given to Miami Police Chief Rodolfo Llanes should have been reported.

Rodolfo Llanes failed to report four tickets to a Marc Anthony concert he received for free last October.

He said the tickets were printed with a value of $0, so he didn’t think he needed to report them. The investigation found the tickets had an actual value between $250 and $820.

A county ordinance demands someone in Llanes’ position report any gift wor th more than $100.
