Two men slashed the tires of an elderly couple’s car and then mugged them in the garage of their Miami home.
According to police, surveillance footage at a bank captured a man standing behind an elderly couple who were making a cash transaction.
Once the elderly couple returned home from the bank, investigators said they realized someone had slashed their tires.
That’s when the couple was confronted by two unknown Hispanic males in the garage of their home.
A suspect then grabbed the woman’s purse and fled to a white minivan waiting nearby.
The robbers fled with over $11,000.
