SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - A Miami-Dade Police Officer says he was forced to shoot a suspect, Thursday, wanted in connection to the murder of a 65-year-old woman in Kendall.
The shooting took place at Northwest Sixth Street and Third Avenue in Florida City, Thursday night. The man was airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital. His condition is unknown.
Police said the man was wanted in connection to the murder of 65-year-old grandmother Vicki Feeley outside her home, Saturday.
