NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Police are searching for the armed assailant who, they said, robbed a man outside of a church in Northwest Miami-Dade and then took off in the victim’s minivan, Tuesday night.
According to Miami-Dade Police, the incident took place in a warehouse district along Northwest 76th Street and 30th Avenue, just before 7:45 p.m. Investigators said the male subject took off with the man’s wallet in his maroon 1999 Plymouth Voyager.
No one was hurt.
Police described the subject as a man in his mid-20s who stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and has a thin build.
