Man, 2 teens arrested for allegedly robbing Homestead church pastor

HOMESTEAD, FLA. (WSVN) - A man and two teens are in custody, Thursday, for allegedly robbing a pastor at a church in Homestead.

According to police, one of the thieves hit the pastor over the head and used a Taser on him. The thieves then reportedly stole his watch and phone before driving away.

The brutal attack was caught on surveillance video.

The ambush occurred last week at the Casa de Refugio church, located along Southwest Eighth Street and Eighth Avenue.

One of the suspects is expected to appear in bond court, Thursday afternoon.
