MIAMI (WSVN) - A South Florida man accused of assaulting two women who live next to him faced a judge, Friday.
Seventy-two-year-old Herbert Rose appeared in bond court, Friday.
He was charged with aggravated assault and misdemeanor battery.
Police said Rose attacked his two neighbors with a PVC pipe at their apartment building, located near Southwest 82nd Street and 79th Avenue in Kendall.
He is also accused of making several discriminatory comments toward the victims.
