NORTHEAST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) – Detectives have released the sketch of a man wanted for an armed home invasion robbery in Northeast Miami-Dade, early Saturday morning.
According to officials, a man robbed and sexually assaulted two women and a man inside an apartment complex located along Northeast 195th Street and Second Avenue.
Police said surveillance video captured the man as he walked around the apartment complex parking lot and then walked up to the second floor. That is when he pulled out a gun, forced his way into the apartment, robbed the three victims and then sexually assaulted the two women.
The female victims are 20 and 27 years old and the male victim is 24 years old. According to the victims, the horrifying ordeal lasted for about an hour.
“He was like, ‘You do anything stupid, I’m gonna shoot your sister,” said one of the victims.
“It was basically nothing you could do at that point when you have a gun at your head,” another victim said.
“I hope they catch this bastard,” said the mother of the victims. “That’s all I hope they do, because I wouldn’t wish that on nobody’s daughter. I’m asking everybody who is out there, if ya’ll see this face. They made a perfect sketch of his face and I hope they find him.”
The family is now moving out of the apartment complex. “They gotta leave,” she said. “They can’t stay here ’cause he made threats to come back.”
He is described as a young, black male between the ages of 20 and 22 years old. He has a thin frame, stands between 5 feet 9 inches tall and 5 feet 10 inches tall and has gold caps on his teeth.
He was wearing white pants, white and gold sneakers, a dark jacket and a hoodie with the number “3” embroidered on it at the time of the burglary and assault.
