HIALEAH, FLA. (WSVN) - The funeral a late Bal Harbour Police Chief was held, Monday morning, in Hialeah.
Police Chief Mark Overton developed innovative approaches to police work, which included transforming two troubled agencies.
After months in a coma following a heart attack, Overton died on Thursday while his family held vigils by his bedside.
Overton was 54 years old.
