MIAMI (WSVN) - Police have arrested a Florida International University advisor accused of photographing people in a bathroom stall.

According to an arrest affidavit, 27-year-old Terrance Wilson was charged with resisting an officer without violence to his person. FIU’s website lists Terrance Wilson as an advisor for the Honors College.

The affidavit says police responded to Graham Center on FIU’s Modesto Maidique campus in reference to a male taking photos on his cell phone of a man in an adjacent stall.

The affidavit goes on to say the witness followed Wilson and later identified him as the suspect after reviewing surveillance footage of Wilson leaving the restroom.

According to the report, the witness saw Wilson heading towards a parking garage and contacted police again.

Police then approached Wilson and identified themselves and why they were there. Police said while they were talking with Wilson, he kept going through his phone, and they attempted to confiscate it to prevent potential evidence from being destroyed. When police tried to grab his phone, Wilson reportedly stated, “No, I have nude photos of myself in there.”

The arrest report then states that Wilson tried to walk away from officers, and after a struggle, they eventually took him into custody.

Wilson has since bonded out of jail.
