TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Authorities have identified a Leesburg family of three they say died after being hit by a drunk driver who catapulted their car into Tampa Bay.

Florida Highway Patrol officials say 25-year-old Joshua Burbank lost control of his car on I-275 on the Howard Frankland Bridge on Friday night and hit another vehicle, killing 76-year-old Robert Getter, 73-year-old Karen Getter and their son, 52 year-old Sam Getter. Authorities said their 2012 GMC Sierra flipped several times before going over a concrete barrier wall and landing into the water below.

Burbank was charged with three counts of DUI manslaughter, careless driving and DUI property damage.
