NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Officials have cleared a car crash that occurred in the southbound lanes on Interstate 95, at Northwest 81st Street, Wednesday, but the backups that resulted are expected to persist.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and Florida Highway Patrol officials were dispatched to the scene, just after 3:30 p.m.
The crash caused at least three main lanes to be blocked, and only one lane and the express lanes were getting by with bumper to bumper traffic.
The delays went back to at least the Golden Glades.
There was no word on any injuries.
