NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Members of the 5,000 Role Models of Excellence Project donated 40 Thanksgiving baskets to families in need, Thursday.
The recipients were grateful for the help in putting together a holiday meal.
“This is a blessing for me, I appreciate it,” said recipient Willy Hall. “I’m an old man on fixed income, so it’s nice that they have a nice place like this.”
Each basket came with a turkey and the trimmings.
