WEST MIAMI, Fla. (WSVN) — A crafty crook was caught on camera breaking into a car in West Miami and taking off with some pricey eyewear, Friday.
The homeowner sent in surveillance video that shows the burglar trying the door handle of her car and breaking into the vehicle after finding it unlocked.
The homeowner said the subject stole a pair of $400 sunglasses inside the car. Investigators said a getaway driver was waiting for the thief a couple of houses down.
The burglary happened in the area of Southwest 61st Avenue and 11th Street.
