OAKLAND PARK, Fla. (WSVN) — Habitat for Humanity was presented with a generous gift, Thursday evening.
At a celebration for the opening of an Allied Kitchen and Bath’s showroom, Florida Power and Light presented Habitat for Humanity with a check for $20,000.
The 20,000 square foot showcase is located in Oakland Park’s culinary arts district near Northeast 34th court and 12th Avenue.
The showroom is scheduled to open to the public Friday.
