SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) — Firefighters faced an explosive situation after a car caught fire in Southwest Miami-Dade, Wednesday night.
A 7News viewer shot and sent in video of the vehicle fully engulfed in flames near Southwest 48th Street and 98th Avenue. Before crews arrived, there was a sudden blast.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the fiery scene, just before 9 p.m., and put out the blaze.
No one was hurt, and there is no word on what may have sparked the fire.
