ATLANTA (WSVN) — Comedian Katt Williams was arrested in Atlanta after he allegedly hit a restaurant manager in the face with a salt shaker, according to WSB-TV.
According to police, the manager told them that he was hit in the lip with a salt shaker when Williams was denied preferential seating at the restaurant.
The incident occurred on Wednesday at the Spondivits restaurant around 10:30 p.m.
Williams was charged with battery. He later bonded out of jail Thursday morning.
