Chris Van Vliet is a mysterious man of mystery. He is usually the one asking questions on interviews, but this past weekend, two big stars turned the tables and cracked that uncrackable wall. He’s here now to show us what went down.

I was in New York City on Saturday to interview Tina Fey and Margot Robbie for their movie, "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot," but they decided they wanted to ask the questions. And they actually had some pretty personal questions about me written down and ready to go.

Tina Fey and Margot Robbie play war reporters in "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot," so when I sat down with them, I wanted to know if there was a difference between acting and acting like a reporter.

Margot Robbie: "We really explored that, and we did a lot of research. We actually feel pretty capable of reporting. And it would be great if we could do some reporting right now, if that’s OK."

Chris Van Vliet: "I’m not even prepared."

Yeah, they had notes written out, and I can’t believe how much they knew!

Margot Robbie: "Due to our extensive research, you are a Toronto Maple Leafs fan?"

Chris Van Vliet: "Yeah! Wow, how did you know this?"

Margot Robbie: "It turns out I’m a big Rangers fan, and I’m sure you’re aware that we beat you the other night. It may be a sore subject, but in case you weren’t aware, I just wanted to bring it up."

Chris Van Vliet: "I secretly hate you."

Margot Robbie: "But we may be able to bond over this one. You’re a big WWE fan."

Chris Van Vliet: "Wow! You guys have your research down."

Tina Fey: "We don’t play games. Who is your favorite wrestler?"

Chris Van Vliet: "My favorite wrestler is Randy Orton. Who is your favorite wrestler, since you’re a WWE fan?"

Margot Robbie: "John Cena. The five-knuckle shuffle. I used to know the whole thing."

Chris Van Vliet: "You can’t see me."

Margot Robbie: "We’d also like to check on your socks because it’s common knowledge that your sock game is strong."

Tina Fey: "What is your favorite?. What do you look for in a sock? Are these Space Invaders?"

Chris Van Vliet: "Yeah, that’s what’s going on here. I’m not sure if we can see that or not."

Tina Fey: "I mean, if you get your leg a little higher we can. Use your core!"

Margot Robbie: "Sock game is strong!"

Chris Van Vliet: "I just look for a sock that other people might not have and that people might look at and go, ‘That’s a good looking sock.’"

Tina Fey: "The Rob Kardashian sock line, where are you on that?"

Chris Van Vliet: "They’re too expensive, to be honest. My sock budget is like $5."

Tina Fey: "We only have one minute left, so I would love to ask you, you’re a big fisherman, you’ve been fishing since you were a kid. What is the secret to being a great fisherman?"

Chris Van Vliet: "It’s going where the fish are."

Margot Robbie: "I think that’s a metaphor for life."

Tina Fey: "Being bachelor of the year too."

Chris Van Vliet: "It’s just about how you wiggle your worm."

Tina Fey: "Chris Van Vliet, thank you so much and best of luck with this film."

Chris Van Vliet: "Thank you so much."

Margot Robbie: "This was a really entertaining interview."

They must pay their personal assistants a lot for research like that. "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot" is in theaters March 4.
