All that pampering will work up an appetite — and they’ve got you covered.
Timothy Williams: “At Cantina, we have a special ‘Holy Guacamole’ event where you get to see our chef make a special guacamole in under a minute.”
It’s made with the freshest ingredients. Holy guacamole, indeed!
Timothy Williams: “So we’re going to put salt, red onions, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, Mexican cheese.”
Add two avocados and a lime, mix it together, and that is one delicious guac. Since it’s the 15th anniversary, it’ll cost you $15.
And how can you celebrate without a drink?

Start with some Mount Gay Black Barrel rum and brandy, add some blue Curaçao for color, some simple syrup, then…

Mix in some fresh squeezed orange juice, add some ice and give it a good shake!
Finish it off with a lemon slice and an orange slice and enjoy!
