Having a burger and a shake isn’t so unusual. Having a burger on your shake? That’s a different story. Deco found a spot in the Victor Hotel on Miami Beach where the shakes are to die for — or to tie dye for. Just don’t bother counting calories!
If these shakes and burgers seem a little cray cray to you — good! That’s exactly what the Sugar Factory on SoBe intended…
Keith Levesque: “We just started our new menu. We started Monster Burgers and our insane milkshakes, which have been a big hit.”
The shakes are topped with fun things like cheesecake and cotton candy.
One’s even got candied bacon and a cheeseburger on top — insane!
Keith Levesque: “When we say insane, we mean insane. Once they hit the table, you get the ‘wow’ factor from the guest right away.”
The shakes are a splurge at $20 each — but you get everything on top and on the outside too.
This one starts with a chocolate-dipped mug, sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs.
Keith Levesque: “This is our vanilla ice cream with cheesecake pieces in it that we have blended for 11 seconds.”
Topped with whipped cream, cheesecake, more cream, sprinkles, a huge lolli and a Sugar Daddy pop too — great for dipping.
David Rodriguez: “We recommend for you to share with two people … and I’m not allowed to tell you how many calories we have.”
The Tie Dye Milkshake has multi-colored white chocolate ganache inside — and Skittles, Pop Rocks, and chocolate outside.
It’s made with ice cream, whipped cream, cotton candy and candy necklaces on top.
And with your diet already blown — why not indulge in a Monster Burger too.
This one’s topped with mac and cheese and bacon … or try the South Beach Flair.
David Rodriguez: “We have a big Cuban influence down here, so we top it with plantains, that we call maduros. A little chimichurri sauce, caramelized onions and pepper jack cheese.”
Add fries or fried mac and cheese balls too. And wash it all down with a super shake.
