There’s a lot at stake tonight on “So You Think You Can Dance” and “Superhuman.” Dance hopefuls are getting a final shot to be mentored by the best, while contestants are competing for a cool $50,000. 7’s got new episodes of both shows right after Deco, but right now, we’ve got a sneak peak.

Cat Deeley, host: “Welcome… to ‘So You Think You Can Dance.'”

More like welcome back. “So You Think You Can Dance” is back in the Big Apple for a second round of auditions. And the bar for these dancers is high.

Mary Murphy, judge: “Everything has to kind of fall into place. The music, the way they move, their technique that empowers them to do the things that they do and make it look effortless.”

And some of the dancers tonight will do just that.

Nigel Lythgoe, judge: “I want more!”

Vanessa Hudgens, judge: “Yeah, I want more!”

Vanessa Hudgens: “They love dance. Dance is their life. You wanna see people you fall in love with succeed and their incredible talents.”

Nigel Lythgoe: “Everyone in the world should smile and dance.”

Kal Penn: “Two for two … Sir are you a new member of the audience?”

Audience member: “Yes, I am.”

Kal Penn: “Oh my God!”

Fifty- thousand is also on the line tonight on a new episode of “Superhuman.” And one contestant in particular wows host Kal Penn and the judges with his freakish skills.

Kal Penn: “There’s a guy who adds up dominoes, like the total of the pips, so it’s both a mental thing, plus he actually has to physically run after these life-size dominoes as they’re falling.”

Contestant: “535.”

Kal Penn: “535??? That was amazing!”

But that prize money isn’t going to come easy, because you can be sure he’s not the only one bringing his “A” game.

Kal Penn: “Wow!”

“So You Think You Can Dance” is coming up right after Deco, then stick around for “Superhuman” at 9 p.m.
