At San Diego Comic-Con, we did the time warp again with our first look at the reboot of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.” You’ll see it here on Channel 7 this fall, and we talked with one of the local stars about what we can expect.

“The Rocky Horror Picture Show” is a cult classic from 1975, and now, 41 years later, it’s back for a whole new generation.
Laverne Cox (as Dr. Frank-N-Furter): “Shiver. With anti-ci…”
FOX released a trailer at Comic-Con for the reboot of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” which you’ll see on Channel 7 in October.
Crowd: “Say it!”
Cox as Dr. Frank-N-Furter: “…pation!”
Hollywood, Florida native Victoria Justice is Janet, the iconic role played by Oscar-winner Susan Sarandon, and she tells Deco how badly she wanted the job.
Chris Van Vliet: “Was Janet the role that, when you heard they were doing this, that you knew you wanted to have?”
Victoria Justice: “Oh, of course! When I found out they were remaking it, I told my agent, ‘You have to get me in the room. I have to audition. I just want a shot!’ And so I auditioned and I got a screen test, and I ended up getting it. And it was just the most amazing, fun experience ever.”
Cox as Dr. Frank-N-Furter: “Enchanté.”
Laverne Cox is Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a character made famous by Tim Curry, who makes a cameo in this one.
Tim Curry (as The Criminologist): “It’s just a jump to the left.”
It’s everything you love about the original film … with a few surprises.
Victoria Justice: “There’s actually one new song.”
Chris: “Oh, what’s it called?”
Justice: “I don’t know if I can give it away yet!”
“The Rocky Horror Picture Show” two-hour event is set to air Oct. 20 on FOX.
