Shireen is so relieved to finally seen Kevin Hart, because it’s been weeks since he released a movie. And the star is pumped for the release of “Central Intelligence.” We hung out with Kevin on South Beach to talk about his new film. And this was a very “intelligent” conversation.

Dwayne Johnson (as Bob Stone): “Take my gun. We may need to kill some people.”

Kevin Hart (as Calvin Joyner): “I will do no such thing.”

Kevin Hart is Calvin, and 20 years ago, he was the coolest kid in high school. Now he works as an accountant and gets a blast from the past when Bob, played by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, randomly reaches out to him.

Dwayne Johnson (as Bob Stone): “I did just one thing.”

Kevin Hart (as Calvin Joyner): “I need to know.”

Dwayne Johnson (as Bob Stone): “I worked out six hours a day, every day, for the last 20 years straight.”

Now, before the interview with Kevin officially began, I made a cameo on his Snapchat.

Chris Van Vliet: “The movie is a lot about first impressions. I want to know, when you first met The Rock, what your impression was.”

Kevin Hart: “He’s huge. The guy’s thighs are the size of my whole body, but more importantly, man, he’s a guy who can light up a room.”

Dwayne Johnson (as Bob Stone): “Spoiler alert. I’m in the CIA.”

Kevin Hart (as Calvin Joyner): “Are you joking with me right now?”

Bob is now a CIA agent and needs Calvin’s help to track down the guy who hacked into the U.S. spy satellite system.

Chris Van Vliet: “Is it fair to say that you play more a straight man in this movie compared to other movies?”

Kevin Hart: “100 percent.”

Chris Van Vliet: “And I appreciate how you give The Rock a chance to shine and be funnier than I think we’ve ever seen him.”

Kevin Hart: “100 percent. I mean, look, in this particular film, when you look at it, the poster gives you, ‘OK, wow, Kevin Hart’s funny again, and The Rock is going to be beating people up,’ but it’s an amazing role reversal. We want to give our fans something different and unique.”

Dwayne Johnson (as Bob Stone): “You’re like a chocolate Google. Beep, boop, boop.”

Kevin Hart (as Calvin Joyner): “Bob don’t do that. Stop it.”

Chris Van Vliet: “So Bob has this catalyst for change in the movie, getting bullied, that takes him to that next level, that makes him chase his dreams. What was it for you that brought you to the level you’re at now?”

Kevin Hart: “What was it for me? That’s a good question, man. I think what I was able to do was take a lot of the negativity that was thrown my way by rejection and use that as positivity to motivate me and fuel my fire to get to where I’m at now. When you hear the word ‘no’ so much, eventually you find your own route and figure out a way to hear the word ‘yes.'”

Dwayne Johnson (as Bob Stone): “I got a plan. It might get us both killed, but if it works, it’ll be a totally boss story. Cool?”

Kevin Hart (as Calvin Joyner): “No. No, it’s not cool.”

Dwayne Johnson (as Bob Stone): “Cool.”

Kevin Hart (as Calvin Joyner): “No, I said it’s not cool.”

“Central Intelligence” smashes into theaters June 17.
