Welcome to B Square Burgers and Booze. It’s the new kid on Las Olas’ Restaurant Row.
Marc Katzenberg: “There are a lot of restaurants on Las Olas, but we felt that with what we were gonna bring it was a different niche.”
What B Square brings are hip, new takes to dishes you think you know…
Marc Katzenberg: “And as you look at our menu, we’re a lot more than burgers, our wings are different, our hot dogs are different.”
That’s no hype. Feast your eyes on the Decadent Dog…
Marc Katzenberg: “Which is a kobe-style beef hot dog, foot-long with lobster meat — fresh lobster meat on it — and truffles.”
The slaw and salsa make it even more decadent. The PB&J wings are just that — chicken wings are baked before they hit the deep fryer. They’re covered in creamy peanut butter, grape jelly and topped with real peanut pieces…
Marc Katzenberg: “We wanted something really special.”
Speaking of special, try wrapping your mind around the burger they call The Dad-Bod. A patty placed on melted blue cheese, crowned with caramelized onions, truffle mushrooms and a fried egg…
Marc Katzenberg: “And I’m afraid it was named after me.”
Other offerings include sweet potato tots slathered in melted cheddar cheese, The Phat Boy — a burger jammed between two grilled cheese and bacon sandwiches — or something sensational from the salad bar.

Marc Katzenberg: “It’s fresh beet juice, fresh ginger — an amazing cocktail.”
The shakes can pack quite a punch. The Strawberry Shortcake is powered by vanilla ice cream, syrup, rum, strawberries and pound cake. It’s all good at B Square Burgers and Booze.
