Must be able to wear two hats: one of a news producer with a basic grasp of current events and also an entertainment producer who is aware of what’s popular in show business and pop culture. Two years minimum news writing experience preferred. Should be able to work nights and weekends when necessary.

Seeking a responsible, detailed and organized individual in Accounting to provide financial, clerical and administrative support for Account Receivable/Collections. Duties include, daily TV log reconciliation and the posting of payments.
Month-end closing, generating invoices, and preparing scripts for certain invoices, as requested by client.

The preparation of monthly/weekly reports. Other duties to be performed as needed.

We are looking for a very aggressive photographer with good story telling abilities. Must have a good “news eye” for our fast paced news shows, be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, as well as work well with others. Knowledge of Sony HD cameras and non-linear editing is a must. A minimum of 2-3 years experience and a valid class “D” drivers license, with a good driving record is required.

Seeking maintenance individual to join in upkeep of grounds of 570-acre business park encompassing 5 million sq. ft. of light industrial and office space. A minimum of 3 years experience in repair of Sprinkler/Irrigation Systems a must. Knowledge of commercial irrigation repairs and familiar with rainbird exp commercial clocks.
Must be able to perform heavy physical demands of the job, exert up to 70 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to bend/crouch/or kneel, see, reach, climb and balance.

Other Skills/Requirements:
Ability to utilize tools and machinery needed for irrigation repairs and construction safely and efficiently.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be able to work weekends
Florida Driver’s License with a clean record is required.
