Must be able to wear two hats: one of a news producer with a basic grasp of current events and also an entertainment producer who is aware of what’s popular in show business and pop culture. Two years minimum news writing experience preferred. Should be able to work nights and weekends when necessary.

They will also work closely with promotion producers as they hone their skills as a writer/editor. This individual should have strong writing skills and familiar with editing systems like Final Cut and Adobe Premiere. Knowledge of After Effects a plus. A college degree is preferred. The position reports directly to the Director of Creative Services.

Seeking individual with 1+ years’ receptionist/PBX experience for our busy switchboard. Must have excellent people skills. Must possess good diction, and a pleasant phone voice. Duties include word processing, data entry and scanning of documents. High School Diploma and knowledge of Word and Excel are required.

Seeking maintenance individual to join in upkeep of grounds of 570-acre business park encompassing 5 million sq. ft. of light industrial and office space. A minimum of 3 years experience in repair of Sprinkler/Irrigation Systems a must. Knowledge of commercial irrigation repairs and familiar with rainbird exp commercial clocks.
Must be able to perform heavy physical demands of the job, exert up to 70 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to bend/crouch/or kneel, see, reach, climb and balance.

Other Skills/Requirements:
Ability to utilize tools and machinery needed for irrigation repairs and construction safely and efficiently.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be able to work weekends
Florida Driver’s License with a clean record is required.
