MIAMI (WSVN) - South Florida’s leaders were honored at an awards ceremony in Miami, Thursday morning.
7News anchor Belkys Nerey was the emcee at the Children’s Trust Awards, where honorees were recognized for improving the lives of children and their families.
The ceremony was held at the Jungle Island Treetop Ballroom, just before noon.
Each of the honorees were given an award for making a difference.
