HIALEAH, FLA. (WSVN) - The City of Hialeah has lifted a precautionary boil water notice for parts of the city.

According to a press release, officials have lifted the precautionary water boil notice for the previously affected areas between West 84th and 21st streets and East 10th and West Sixth avenues, and a second area including those who live between West 21st Street and Okeechobee Road and Palm Avenue and West 10th Avenue.

Officials said that bacteriological analyses of water samples show that the water is now safe to drink.
